Ordering FAQs

1. Order Modifications
We are unable to add to or modify orders once they have been submitted.

2. Shipping
We offer a $2.80 flat rate standard  (UPS Ground) shipping option per book within the contiguous United States. For shipping outside of the contiguous United States and rush shipping, charges are automatically calculated based on weight and location. Orders ship from our warehouse Monday - Friday (except holidays). Orders shipped by UPS will only deliver on business days.

3. Shipping Processing Time
Shipping processing time is within 24 hours of order.

4. Purchase Orders
Plum Rose Publishing does not accept purchase orders at this time. If using a purchase order, please work directly with your preferred music retailer.

5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Payment Options
We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept purchase orders at this time.

7. AvailabilityProduct availability is subject to change.

8. Tax Exemption
